This story began in the late 2000s, when several people were implementing an infrastructure project in one of the cities in Southeast Asia.
This project was large, complex and required the interaction of a large number of participants from different industries. The project lasted 4 years. During this time, people who worked in different positions in different companies, but were united by one passion — urbanism and the development of urban culture, became a real team.
Although the project ended, the formed team of passionate specialists in their field did not lose touch with each other, gradually involving other specialists in the sphere of their development, also passionate about the main idea — to make people’s lives better. The participants of this informal group supported each other in every possible way and it became natural that eventually a decision was made to found their own company, which could reveal the full potential of the participants to the maximum.
Thus, in 2024, the company URBANVEX was formed — a multidisciplinary company whose goal was to unite the potential of its employees and partners to ensure the development of human settlements. The direction in which we see this development is defined quite simply — the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
Since we are primarily professionals in the field of project management, efficiency improvement and technology development, we have created the infrastructure and tools to provide opportunities in the field of implementing infrastructure and social projects, providing communities with access to modern technologies and combating corruption and bribery in their implementation.
We contribute to the development and implementation of infrastructure and social programs by providing the highest quality solutions in the field of project management, ensuring the supply chain, organizing fair procurement at all stages of the life cycle. To do this, we use the experience of our employees and our partners in various fields: urban development, architecture, social security and medicine, transport, industry and energy, environmental protection and agriculture.

URBANVEX is not a company that manages huge large-scale projects. We see our task in ensuring equal access to resources, in managing costs and risks.
In this status, we help municipal authorities, industrial and agricultural enterprises and small businesses in matters of equipment selection, planning, expertise and ensuring the entire life cycle. We successfully cooperate with the authorities of a number of cities in Africa (Lagos, Kinshasa, Mogadishu, Abuja, Johannesburg, etc.), Asia (Baku, Jakarta, Medan, Bekasi, etc.), Latin America (Sao Paulo, Santiago, Caracas, La Plata), as well as with a large number of small municipalities around the world.
We successfully operate in more than 11 countries, focusing on the least developed countries, where modern achievements in the field of infrastructure project and cost management are often poorly applied or not applied at all.
Today, Urbanvex has 22 employees - architects, logisticians, project managers, procurement specialists, engineers, risk and financial specialists.
